Bonheurs Fashion ships orders from Belgium to the countries available at checkout. All orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

• During peak periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:

• Belgium: 1–3 business days

• EU countries: 2–5 business days

• Non‑EU Europe: 3–7business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders outside the EU:

• Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply.

• These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Errors & Delays

Bonheurs Fashion is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by carriers

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

• Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Returns & Return Shipping

Returns are accepted in accordance with our Refund Policy. Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We currently ship only to the countries listed at checkout. Orders placed from unsupported regions may be cancelled.
